Cycle of Ideas Management

The Ideas Competition for Students has a different theme each year. Other suggestions for improvement can be presented at any time, independent of the Ideas Competition, e.g. by e-mail or letter to an LSG postbox (Learning and Study Building) or at the Office of Student Affairs.

Method of Ideas Management

Ideas Management use the suggestion scheme and the Ideas Competition as research tools.

They make up the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and are the basis for implementing Ideas Management projects. Expertise is gathered through targeted surveys, comparison of target/performance, and kick-off meetings designed to assess the realistic nature of suggestions and criticism.
