Objectives of Ideas Management
A suggestion scheme is an appropriate tool for identifying potential for improvements, as well as challenging the University to be constantly willing to test its own established standards and trigger change processes. Students can use the suggestion scheme to contribute ideas and suggestions in relation to every aspect of day-to-day studies. There are two options in particular for them to give positive criticism:
- Students can present their ideas and information about where improvement is needed to the Representative for Academic Quality (central contact and head of Ideas Management) directly and on their own initiative, or
- They can propose their improvements as part of the Ideas Competition for students, with which the University creates an additional incentive for students to participate in quality development in teaching and learning.
